Idyll Glen Park is located on highway 551, on beautiful Manitoulin Island. Manitoulin is the world's largest freshwater Island with an abundance of beauty, peaceful inland lakes, and numerous towns that offer all the conveniences of home!


Idyll Glen is comprised of 85 campsites (all with electrical and water hook-up), wireless remote Internet access, boat launch and docking, sandy beach, new children’s playground, washroom and shower facility, coffee/gift shop, and a small recreation centre. The campground is located on the shores of Lake Mindemoya, one of Manitoulin's warmest inland lakes.

The Town of Mindemoya

Mindemoya is central to Manitoulin Island and therefore provides the convenience of travel in and around the Island without time restraints. Lake Mindemoya is a vactioners paradise - from fishing (reknown for perch, pickeral, and whitefish) to boating, swimming and skiing, it offers families and individuals alike the vacation of relaxation and beauty. It has often been said that the sunsets of Lake Mindemoya are more breathtaking and beautiful than those of our Caribbean counter parts!!

Idyll Glen is open from May 1st to October 1st of each year.
