Knechtel Cottage is situated only minutes away from the hospital, a 9 hole golf course, par 36, and the Town of Mindemoya.

If you prefer peace and quiet then our cottage is perfect for you.  

Lake Mindemoya has walleye, jumbo perch, bass, whitefish and pike for those interested in fishing.  Minutes away you can also fish for salmon and Lake Trout. Jumbo Perch Fishing in late September and October is fantastic.

The cottage has a Fire Pit and the wood is provided free.  Enjoy sitting around the fire and roasting marshmallows at the end of a beautiful day.
