Community Living Manitoulin Mission Statement

The staff and volunteers of Community Living Manitoulin are committed to the universal acceptance of all people with developmental disabilities as valued members of our community.

We believe that our mission will be achieved by helping people grow towards their full human potential within a supportive and caring community, and by management practices which support teamwork, trust and commitment among staff, clients and volunteers.

We encourage all those who share our goal to join us in this mission.

The GOAL of Community Living Manitoulin is to ensure that the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities is equal to that of all other persons in our community.

Community Living Manitoulin (CLM) operates four residential homes:  Field House, Rene's Place, Maple Terrace, and Hope Terrace. CLM also offers a wide range of community-based support services including Supported Independent Living, Supported Employment, Life Skills, Respite, and an Innovative Residential Service.  CLM also operates a Consignment store that employs many of our clientele.
